Control Who Can View Your Content

All content that you create on the site can be controlled with respect to who can view it. You may state that your content is public; meaning everyone on the site can view it, or private. Private content is content that can only be viewed by yourself and whomever else you designate. All content that is private is completely hidden from those users that are not allowed to view it -- meaning they will never know it exists. This protection is carried over to all aspects of the site. For example, if you make a photo private, no one will see it on the home page, on your page, on the random photos displayed on the home page, in their recent activities, or any other feature that displays the photo. For the users that you designate can view the photo, it shows up. For those that cannot see it, it will never appear anywhere on the site.
