The Photo Organizer page serves two purposes; the creation and management of your personal
photo albums and the creation and management of the photo groups offered on the site.
You can arrive at this page by one of the following ways:
- Your Page --> Your Photos --> Organize into Albums link
- Your Page --> Your Photos --> Send to Group link
- Groups --> Organize your Photos into Groups link
The page is broken up into divisions. The Input Division, which is located at the top
of the page, allows changing the name and description of your album or group. See the screen
shot below. The reference to "album" is changed to "group" if you are viewing the photo groups.
Selecting the album or group in the select album list will retrieve the album or group and display
the photos in the album or group in the Selected Photo division. Selecting the
"---create new album/group ---" choice will display the name and description boxes, allowing you
to provide a name and optionally a description for your album or group.
Clicking Delete Album link will allow you to remove the selected photo album. If on the
Group page, the link will read, "Delete Group". You can only delete a group if you are the user
that created the group. The "Delete Group" link will not be visible of you are not the creator
of the group.
The Input Division
The two main photo divisions are the All Photos division and the Selected Photo division.
The All Photos division is located along the left and displays thumbnail views of all your photos.
The Selected Photo division is located along the right and displays thumbnail views of the photos
within a selected album or group. See the screen shot below.
Clicking on the photo will move the photo from one division to the other. Clicking the add all link
will move all photos from the All Photos division to the Selected Photo division. Clicking
the clear list link will move all the photos from the Selected Photo division back to the
All Photos divisions.

Be sure to click the Save button to save your work.
