All content on the site that accepts Comments or Replies contains a Comment section on the page. Examples of content that encourage commenting are blogs, photos, and message board topics.

The Comment section is usually directly under the content. To enter a comment, scroll down to the bottom of the page and type in your comment into the Rich Text editor. See the Rich Text Editor page for more information on using the editor.
